What You'll Do:
- Develop, maintain, and adjust schedules for construction, maintenance, emergency, and customer service work to meet project timelines and service commitments.
- Coordinate work assignments for internal and contractor crews, balancing workloads, tracking project progress, and optimizing resource utilization.
- Prepare job packages, secure necessary permits, review design sketches, and ensure projects are ready for field execution.
- Monitor project status using scheduling and work management systems, update records, generate reports, and communicate schedule changes or delays to key stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support daily operations, respond to field and customer inquiries, assist with outage planning, invoicing, and other operational activities as needed.
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1+ years of experience coordinating schedules, managing workflows, or supporting construction, utility, engineering, or field operations.
What Sets You Apart:
- Ability to meet goals and objectives with minimal direct supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills for interaction with all levels of personnel.
- Ability to develop and maintain working relationships with customers and support teams.
- Prior scheduling/dispatching experience or exposure to Service Suite 9.3.1 (Mobile Data System) and CGI Work Manager systems.
- Ability to read and analyze GIS Designs.
- Prior experience using Work Manager and SAP.
