As a Senior Program Manager on Itron's Professional Services team, you will lead the successful delivery of Distributed Energy Management (DEM) solutions that help utilities build safer, more resilient communities. Acting as the accountable owner of customer success, you will guide programs from pre-sales scoping and definition through implementation, adoption, retention, and expansion. In partnership with customers and cross-functional teams across Sales, Services, Product, Engineering, and Support, you will ensure customers realize measurable business value, remain satisfied, and continue investing in Itron solutions. Success in this role requires a customer-centric, collaborative, authentic, and agile approach to building executive relationships, defining project requirements, and delivering successful outcomes.
You will also work closely with Marketing, Product Management, Hardware, Firmware, Software, Test, Quality, Delivery, and Support teams to advocate for customer needs and deliver innovative solutions aligned with business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, accountability, and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across globally distributed teams. The position is focused on Itron's Distributed Energy Management portfolio, with a strong emphasis on DERMS programs and technologies. Successful candidates will bring demonstrated experience owning customer outcomes across DERMS, DSM, AMI, grid modernization, utility transformation, or related utility technology programs throughout the full lifecycle, along with strong knowledge of utility operations, customer programs, and the evolving DERMS market.

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills and experience and may vary by location. The base salary is $125,000-180,000 annually.
