The Sage Intacct System Administrator provides dedicated ownership, administration, and support for the Company's Sage Intacct environment. This role supports Accounting and Finance by maintaining system configuration, managing access, supporting reporting, assisting with integrations, and helping ensure the system is used consistently, securely, and efficiently.



The position serves as the primary internal resource for Sage Intacct questions, user support, workflow improvements, reporting requests, documentation, and system change support.



Essential Responsibilities



  • Administer Sage Intacct access, roles, permissions, security settings, configuration, modules, and system structure.
  • Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot reports, dashboards, KPIs, recurring outputs, and related financial system data needs.
  • Support integrations, workflow automation, approval routing, smart rules, smart events, and related process controls.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, respond to user questions, escalate complex items, and communicate updates to impacted users.
  • Create and maintain documentation, procedures, training materials, testing plans, and change support for system updates and enhancements.



Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree required.


  • 3+ years of experience administering Sage Intacct or a similar financial system required.
  • 1+ year of experience developing documentation, training materials, or user support resources required.
  • Advanced understanding of cloud ERP systems, report writing, data manipulation, APIs, and Microsoft Excel required.



Preferred Qualifications



  • 5+ years of experience administering Sage Intacct or a similar financial system.
  • Experience supporting accounting, finance, or operations teams in a cloud ERP environment.
  • Working knowledge of GAAP, financial workflows, internal controls, reporting, dashboards, integrations, automation, and release testing.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, documentation, user support, and change management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail, data integrity, process improvement, system testing, and issue resolution.
  • Ability to translate accounting, finance, and operational needs into practical system workflows and reporting solutions.



Work Environment and Internal Partnerships



  • Part of the Accounting/Finance function and works closely with IT, Operations, and business users.
  • Supports financial system administration, reporting, workflows, integrations, user support, and process improvements.
  • Works with confidential financial, system, and business information and follows Company security and confidentiality requirements.
  • Work location and schedule are determined by business needs and Company policy.
