Roll Off Truck Driver

Location: Okahumpka, FL | Lake County Area

Pay: $23+ per hour (Based on Experience) + Overtime!

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Occasional Saturdays | 50-55 Hours/Week

• Safely operate a Roll-Off Garbage Truck on assigned routes
• Read route sheets and follow dispatcher instructions
• Deliver and remove containers at customer locations
• Transport and dispose of waste at designated facilities
• Perform daily vehicle inspections, including fluids, tires, and safety equipment
• Operate hydraulic systems and controls safely
• Maintain a clean and safe vehicle
• Provide excellent customer service while representing Waste Connections professionally

Candidates without previous Roll-Off driving experience will not be considered.

Drivers must be able to operate BOTH manual and automatic transmission trucks.

Valid Class A or Class B CDL

Minimum 2 years of CDL driving experience

Previous Roll-Off experience required

Ability to safely operate hydraulic equipment

Clean driving record

Stable work history

Strong commitment to safety and customer service

Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions

$23+/hr. DOE + Overtime Opportunities
