* Use 1st and 3rd party data to build audience behavioral, transactional data to create dynamic audience segments and deliver tailored messaging at scale.

* Partner with 3rd party vendors to plan and execute acquisition initiatives.

Automation & Experimentation

* Design and implement automated customer journeys, triggered campaigns, and A/B tests to improve key performance metrics such as open rate, CTR, and conversion.

Data & Insights

* Partner with analytics and finance teams to measure CRM performance, generate insights, and inform strategic decisions.

* Develop and track campaign forecasts to predict performance, engagement, business impact, spend and ROI.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

* Collaborate closely with Product, Commercial, Product Marketing, and Integrated Marketing teams to align CRM strategies with product launches, promotional campaigns, and broader go-to-market initiatives.

Requirements

* 6+ years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle, or Performance Marketing (preferably in B2C, fintech, or e-commerce environments).

* Proven track record of executing multi-channel lifecycle programs tied to measurable growth outcomes.

* Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis, campaign forecasting, and KPI optimization.
