Overview AVIAN is seeking a junior Digital Architecture Program Analyst. As a Program Analyst, you'll provide foundational operational and analytical support to the Digital Architecture Integrated Product Team (IPT) - gaining hands-on experience from day one. This role focuses on maintainingproject schedules, tracking deliverables, and compiling programmatic data for executive dashboards and status reports. You'll track cross-functional action items and support the day-to-day operations of the Digital Architecture team, becoming a central connector across the organization. The Program Analyst willpossessfundamental project management skills and background or experience in digital engineering, Agile methodologies, and enterprise architecture frameworks. Support the logistical organization of IPT meetings, workshops, and cross-functional syncs - making sure every interaction counts. Track open action items and follow up with team members to ensure timely completion of urgent tasks.
