Compensation: $22.00/hr.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for mobile devices, applications, and related services.
  • Communicate IT changes, coordinate device updates and upgrades, and support end users throughout the process.
  • Partner with vendors to manage mobile services and help deliver effective solutions.
  • Create and maintain user guides, process documentation, and operational reports while supporting change and release activities.
  • Manage mobile device lifecycle activities, including line audits, device decommissioning, shipping, and ensuring compliance with mobile usage policies.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1+ years of experience in IT operations, end-user support, or enterprise IT environments.
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, supporting end users.
What Sets You Apart:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Experience with iOS platforms.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and related applications.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, from senior management to individual contributors.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills.
  • Excellent Excel skills, creating and using reports in Excel.
  • Familiar with operating Apple devices.
Additional Information:
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
  • Able to work a 40-hour work week.
