Why this role matters At Truliant Federal Credit Union, helping businesses access the right financing strengthens the communities and members we serve. As an SBA Business Development Officer, you'll expand Truliant's presence in the SBA marketplace by building trusted referral partnerships and guiding borrowers through financing for acquisitions, expansion, refinancing, commercial real estate, and working capital. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys developing relationships, structuring complex opportunities, and turning market connections into meaningful business growth. What you'll do In this role, you'll serve as Truliant's primary market-facing representative and subject matter expert for SBA 7(a) lending. You'll own externally sourced loan development from initial opportunity through credit and closing, while keeping borrowers, referral partners, and internal teams aligned throughout the process.
