Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred No formal education requirement for entry-level candidates with mechanical aptitude Experience Requirements Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred Experience using hand tools is required Mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot basic assembly issues Ability to read and follow written and verbal work instructions Physical Capabilities Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout a shift Must be able to lift up to fifty pounds as needed Manual dexterity for precise, hands-on assembly work Job Duties Assemble products and mechanical components according to work instructions and blueprints Safely use hand tools and basic power tools to complete assemblies Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met Read and interpret assembly diagrams and instructions Identify and report defective materials or equipment issues Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area Meet daily production goals while following all company safety policies Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
