Education Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous warehouse or powered industrial equipment training is beneficial.



Experience Requirements


  • Minimum 1 year of recent Cherry Picker forklift experience required
  • Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems preferred
  • Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment


Job Duties


  • Operate a Cherry Picker forklift to move, stock, and retrieve products
  • Load and unload trailers while following safety procedures
  • Scan merchandise, build pallets, and label products accurately
  • Replenish inventory and stock merchandise as needed
  • Perform product counts, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliations
  • Verify product accuracy and placement within designated warehouse locations
  • Direct and move products to the correct warehouse areas
  • Enter data using RF scanners and computer systems
  • Maintain a clean work area by removing debris and sweeping as needed
  • Report equipment issues, rack damage, and safety concerns to supervisors



Preferred Qualifications



  • Previous warehouse, distribution, logistics, fulfillment, or manufacturing experience is preferred.
  • Current certification or experience operating cherry pickers, order pickers, reach trucks, or forklifts is beneficial.
  • Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate safe operating practices, productivity, teamwork, and inventory accuracy are well positioned for success as a Cherry Picker Forklift Operator.



Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and safely operate powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work comfortably at elevated heights while operating cherry picker equipment.
  • Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment and moving inventory while following established safety procedures.
