About the Role Optum HouseCalls is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to perform annual in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage and other health plan members. This is a non-prescribing, field-based role focused on preventive care, patient education, identifying care gaps, and collaborating with primary care providers to improve health outcomes. Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $109,500 - $164,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role.
