We are seeking an Installation Analyst II to support Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR) and associated Navy stakeholders in the planning, coordination, analysis, and execution of C4I/IT system modernization and installation activities. The analyst will independently evaluate program and installation information, assess issues and dependencies, maintain management products, coordinate with stakeholders, and develop recommendations for Government review. Position Level Provides experienced analytical and coordination support for assignments of moderate complexity with limited daytoday direction. Independently reviews and reconciles information, maintains plans and management products, coordinates with stakeholders, evaluates impacts and dependencies, and develops recommendations or proposed courses of action for Government review. May support the coordination or quality review of work performed by other team members, as assigned. Responsibilities * Independently collect, validate, reconcile, organize, and analyze quantitative and qualitative information from program offices, installation teams, databases, schedules, reports, technical documentation, and stakeholder interviews. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field with a minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications * Experience supporting NAVWAR, NIWC Pacific, PEO C4I, NAVSEA, Fleet Readiness Directorate activities, Navy program offices, or comparable DoD organizations. Additional Skills & Competencies * Independent analytical problemsolving and sound judgment $90K+ dependent on education and experience Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
