Role: RSM is seeking an experienced Tax Partner to help lead and grow our Private Company tax practice. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to privately held, middle-market businesses and their owners, providing practical guidance across business taxation, ownership transition, succession planning, wealth transfer, and related compliance matters. The role may also include serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices whose needs are connected to privately held businesses and their owners. This partner will lead complex client relationships, develop new business, collaborate across capabilities, and build high-performing teams. Working closely with professionals across estate and gift planning, state and local tax, international tax, and other advisory areas, the partner will deliver integrated solutions aligned with each client's business, family, and financial objectives. As a Tax Partner in the Private Company practice, you will lead client service, growth, specialist, or leadership responsibilities for the Tax line of business. This role focuses on delivering high-quality tax solutions, deepening client relationships, developing teams, and contributing to strategic growth across capabilities and markets.
