Litigation Paralegal

We're looking for a Litigation Paralegal to provide comprehensive legal and litigation support to attorneys and litigation teams. The role calls for strong research, analytical, organizational, and case-management skills, plus the discretion and independent judgment to apply specialized knowledge of laws, regulations, precedent, and judicial or administrative proceedings.

Responsibilities
  • Assist attorneys with evaluating, developing, and litigating cases.
  • Review case files to assess litigation issues, legal theories, and supporting evidence.
  • Identify what additional information, evidence, witnesses, records, or research is needed, and plan how to obtain it.
  • Conduct interviews, review records, and evaluate evidence for relevance and potential use in litigation.
  • Research and analyze legislative developments, administrative decisions, judicial opinions, regulations, and other legal authorities.
  • Cite check and review Bluebook citations for briefs, memoranda, motions, and other filings.
  • Use Relativity or similar e-discovery platforms to review, organize, categorize, and manage litigation documents and data.
  • Gather, sort, and analyze information from electronic and traditional record-keeping systems.
  • Maintain organized case files and track custody of exhibits, documents, and evidence.
  • Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, documents, evidence, witness materials, and case files.
  • Work with attorneys to develop evidence, exhibits, charts, graphs, and supporting documentation.
  • Prepare summaries, comparative data, and tables to support case analysis and strategy.
  • Assist with witness preparation and coordinate materials for court appearances.
  • Prepare materials for investigations, hearings, depositions, and trial.
  • Provide ongoing administrative and substantive litigation support throughout the life of a case.
  • May testify regarding exhibits or other materials prepared in support of a case.

Schedule: Monday - Friday (100% in office)
