Description

Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Foster an environment that reflects Bally's Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a welcoming, engaging, and enjoyable atmosphere for guests and team members.
  • Perform daily audits of gaming and non-gaming revenues, electronic gaming devices, cage accountability, Title 31 activity, and redemption terminals.
  • Track, investigate, document, and report audit discrepancies, variances, and exceptions.
  • Prepare, review, reconcile, and verify audit documentation, reports, and supporting records.
  • Perform W-2G balancing and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure all revenues and expenses are properly supported, recorded, and reported in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Complete Audit Finding Reports for procedural deviations and internal control exceptions.
  • Maintain and reconcile credit card terminal reports and supporting statements.
  • Compile, verify, and report daily revenue activity for all operating departments and outlets.
  • Maintain and review Point-of-Sale (POS) reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Support compliance with the Company's Internal Control System, regulatory requirements, and established accounting procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and operational information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned



Compensation:



  • Target Rate: $23.50/hour

  • $7 Daily Employee Parking

  • Regularly required to see, talk, hear, walk, and stand
  • Frequently required to use hands to handle, feel, and reach
  • Occasionally required to sit or stoop
  • Must occasionally lift and or move up to 30 pounds

    The work environment may involve exposure to bright lighting, elevated noise levels, and fast-paced or high-pressure situations. Team members must be able to work effectively and maintain professionalism in a dynamic casino environment.

    Qualifications
    Education
    High School (required)
    Experience
    Must be 21 years of age or older (required)
    Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board (required)
    Must be a high school graduate or equivalent (required)
    Must have knowledge of all casino game rules (required)
    Must have working knowledge of electronic spreadsheet programs and other office products (required)
    Must have excellent interpersonal and communicational skills (required)
    Must be able to work well under pressure (required)
    Must be able to manage multiple priorities (required)
