Job Responsibilities Global Site Identification & Feasibility SpecialistSponsor-Dedicated | Remote (East Coast Preferred) Drive Smarter Clinical Trial Decisions from Anywhere Are you passionate about clinical research, operational strategy, and helping bring new therapies to patients faster? We are seeking a Global Site Feasibility Specialist to join our sponsor-dedicated team and play a critical role in the successful planning and execution of global clinical trials. In this fully remote position, you'll partner closely with Clinical Trial Managers (CTMs), Study Start-Up Managers (SSMs), Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs), CRO partners, investigators, and clinical sites to lead and manage site-level feasibility activities across Phase I-III studies. You'll support study teams by developing and executing feasibility strategies, creating and distributing questionnaires, analyzing responses, and delivering insights that help inform study planning and execution. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to rare disease and other innovative clinical development programs while working alongside a dedicated sponsor team. Salary Range: $47,000.00 - $79,900.00The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
