What You'll Do

Global Feasibility Management

  • Lead and manage sponsor-led and CRO-supported global feasibility activities across multiple clinical studies simultaneously.

  • Support 2-3 studies concurrently, depending on study phase and business needs.

  • Develop, configure, distribute, and manage feasibility questionnaires to investigators and sites.

  • Track feasibility responses, monitor participation, and ensure timely and accurate reporting to study teams and key stakeholders.

  • Partner directly with investigators and site personnel to support feasibility completion and resolve questions or challenges.

  • Analyze feasibility data and provide recommendations to support operational planning and study execution decisions.

  • Troubleshoot feasibility-related issues and drive solutions for both internally managed and outsourced studies.

Clinical Systems & Operational Support

  • Utilize feasibility platforms such as Veeva Feasibility and other industry tools to execute and manage feasibility activities.

  • Partner with study teams to ensure feasibility data is accurately captured, maintained, and reported.

  • Support end users by evaluating system issues, enhancement requests, and process improvement opportunities.

  • Generate metrics, reports, and analyses to support study planning and portfolio oversight.

Strategic Collaboration & Process Improvement

  • Collaborate closely with CTMs, SSMs, MSLs, CROs, and other cross-functional stakeholders throughout the feasibility lifecycle.

  • Identify opportunities to improve feasibility processes, workflows, and reporting capabilities.

  • Contribute to the development of best practices that enhance consistency, quality, and operational efficiency.

  • Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies related to clinical trial feasibility and study start-up.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 3+ years of experience managing global clinical trial feasibility activities within a sponsor, CRO, or related clinical research environment.

  • Experience managing multiple global feasibility studies simultaneously across Phase I-III clinical trials.

  • Hands-on experience developing, distributing, and managing site-level feasibility questionnaires.

  • Experience working directly with investigators, site personnel, and clinical research stakeholders.

  • Experience collaborating with Clinical Trial Managers (CTMs), Study Start-Up Managers (SSMs), Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs), and CRO partners.

  • Strong understanding of clinical research operations and drug development processes.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing competing priorities.

  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience with data analysis and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with feasibility platforms such as Veeva Feasibility, goBalto, or similar technologies.

  • Direct experience with Veeva Feasibility strongly preferred.

  • Experience supporting studies in rare disease therapeutic areas.

  • Proven track record of improving feasibility processes, workflows, or operational efficiencies.
