What You'll Do
Are you energized by using data, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to help clinical trials achieve enrollment success? We're seeking a Global Trials Optimization Specialist to support program feasibility, recruitment and retention strategy, and in-life trial optimization across global clinical studies within General Medicine, Dermatology, Rheumatology, Infectious Disease, and Vaccine programs. In this role, you'll transform trial goals, country insights, enrollment analytics, and feasibility data into actionable strategies that drive study performance. Working closely with clinical trial teams, country stakeholders, vendors, legal partners, and analytics teams, you'll help identify enrollment opportunities, mitigate risks, and support effective patient and site engagement initiatives. Salary Range: $80,600.00 - $145,000.00The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
