Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for data and operational excellence? We are seeking an enthusiastic Administrative & Data Entry Consultant to become an integral part of a fast-paced Commerce team. In this pivotal role, you won't just be processing data; you'll be the backbone of critical operations, ensuring seamless data flow, accurate reporting, and efficient allocation processes. Your meticulous work will directly empower the team to make informed decisions, streamline product launches, and maintain strong partnerships, making a tangible impact on the company's market presence and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do:



  • Prepare, update, and maintain essential Excel files utilizing advanced functions such as VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, and complex formulas, alongside precise data entry.
  • Transfer and meticulously reconcile data between various existing files and standardized templates, preparing them for seamless IT system uploads.
  • Master the allocation entry and setup process through dedicated training sessions and recorded materials, becoming a go-to expert.
  • Proactively prepare critical allocation upload files, segmented by brand, retailer, and quantity, for key initiatives including holiday sets, yearly collections, and exciting future product launches.
  • Manage vital Future Launch Order Form files, collaborating with Marketing, DP/SP, and other cross-functional partners to ensure all information is complete and ready for processing.
  • Collect No Cost allocation files for samples and GWPs, preparing standardized templates for efficient system entry across diverse brands and retailers.
  • Rigorously review order form files, proactively identifying missing information, incomplete submissions, and outstanding actions to prevent delays.
  • Communicate timely updates to the Commerce team regarding newly published forms and the real-time status of various files.
  • Maintain accurate tracking files that reflect the latest status, progress, and outstanding items, providing clear visibility to stakeholders.
  • Review the daily compliance report and collaborate with Customer Care on prompt follow-up and resolution of any issues.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to team members, encompassing scheduling, meeting coordination, data analysis, data entry, and meticulous file creation and management.
  • Proactively communicate your workload, project status, and completed assignments to the team, fostering transparency and collaboration.
  • Identify and champion opportunities to enhance file organization, accuracy, and overall operational efficiency, driving continuous improvement.


What You'll Bring:



  • 1-3 years of hands-on administrative, data entry, operations, or directly related experience.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:

    • Expertise in VLOOKUPs and PivotTables.
    • Strong command of basic formulas and their application.
    • Proven ability to manage and efficiently update multiple complex spreadsheets.
    • Skill in copying/duplicating formulas while meticulously maintaining data integrity.


  • Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, especially when handling large volumes of data.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and concise interactions.
  • The ability to work autonomously, maintain high motivation, and proactively seek out additional work upon completion of assignments.
  • A natural comfort with learning new systems and processes, leveraging both formal training and self-guided resources.
  • Proficiency across the entire Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Experience within supply chain or operations environments.
  • Background in retail or consumer products industries.
  • Familiarity with product management processes.
  • Knowledge of inventory management.
  • Prior experience with allocation or order management systems and processes.

  • Familiarity with inventory terminology and allocation processes.
