Compensation & Classification Job Description
Position Summary We are seeking an experienced professional to serve as a Sr. Human Resources Specialist for the Compensation team to provide professional consultation and administrative oversight on critical compensation projects. Reporting to the Director of Compensation, this role will primarily focus on monitoring and tracking the UM System compensation request inbox as well as managing classification and evaluation projects independently. Depending on needs of the institution, experience, performance, and interest in projects related areas of expertise will be added to the job description and allow for future professional growth. Responsibilities Provide primary support in logging and tracking incoming work requests and routine updates:

Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00am. Minimum Qualifications
A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge and proficiency using Microsoft Excel, and experience working with large data files from multiple sources. Experience creating visual presentations of organized analysis of data. Anticipated Hiring Range
