Nursing Unit Secretary - NICU, Barbara Bush Children's Hospital MaineHealth | Maine Medical Center This is a 24 hour per week/NIGHT shift position. For the remaining shifts, you'll submit your preferred schedule for the 8-week period. Leadership then reviews all requests and balances the schedule to ensure staffing needs are met. The finalized schedule is typically posted about 30 days before it takes effect. Join the NICU team at Barbara Bush Children's Hospital as a Nursing Unit Secretary and play an essential role in supporting the daily operations of our neonatal intensive care unit. In this fast-paced and rewarding environment, you'll work closely with nurses, providers, patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team to help keep the unit organized and running smoothly. From coordinating communication and maintaining accurate records to providing exceptional customer service and administrative support, your work will directly contribute to a positive experience for our smallest patients and their families.
