Join the HJF Team!

HJF is seeking a Postdoctoral Fellow is Responsible for initiating and carrying out research projects in collaboration with a research team studying mechanisms of cellular proteostasis coordination across mammalian tissues.

This position will be in support of Department of Anatomy, Physiology & Genetics (APG) Dr. Rosarda's laboratory. The Rosarda Laboratory studies cell type specific patterns of stress pathway signaling using in vivo, in vitro, and bioinformatic approaches. We use chemical-biological and chemical-genetic approaches for activating stress responsive signaling pathways in mammalian cells and murine models, high throughput and single cell sequencing strategies for defining stress pathway activity, and we are developing novel approaches for defining mechanisms of action for pharmacologic and metabolomic regulators of stress signaling.

The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine (HJF) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing military medicine. We serve military, medical, academic and government clients by administering, managing and supporting preeminent scientific programs that benefit members of the armed forces and civilians alike. Since its founding in 1983, HJF has served as a vital link between the military medical community and its federal and private partners. HJF's support and administrative capabilities allow military medical researchers and clinicians to maintain their scientific focus and accomplish their research goals.
