Overview
Placement Type: Permanent Salary: $165,000-185,000 Salary Start Date: Sep 28, 2026 Aquent is partnering with a pioneering organization dedicated to empowering individuals and businesses through innovative digital solutions. This company is at the forefront of leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance user experiences and streamline complex processes, making a tangible difference in people's lives by connecting them with essential services. They are committed to continuous evolution, always looking to the future of product design and the transformative power of emerging tools. Are you a visionary product design leader eager to shape the future of digital experiences? Our partner is seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking individual to drive the design strategy for their provider-facing solutions. This isn't just about crafting interfaces; it's about pioneering how technology, especially AI, can empower service providers, optimize workflows, and ultimately deliver unparalleled support to users navigating critical decisions. You will be instrumental in defining new paradigms for user interaction and business efficiency, making a profound impact on both our partners' growth and the well-being of the communities they serve. What You Will Do
Who You Are You are a high-agency builder: someone who moves toward ambiguity, takes ownership without waiting for perfect direction, and uses design, data, and AI-native tools to make the team move faster and raise the quality of the work. You care about users, business outcomes, product quality, and team momentum. You have strong design judgment, but you are not precious about process. You know when to prototype, when to simplify, when to push for a better system pattern, and when to help the team make a pragmatic decision. You are curious about emerging AI-native tools and have probably tried some of them before they were fully ready. You understand that these tools can accelerate exploration, synthesis, prototyping, and production, but that they also introduce limitations, quality risks, trust concerns, and new responsibilities for designers. You bring strong interaction design, information architecture, systems thinking, and product judgment to complicated domains. You can work across provider-facing workflows, partner tools, marketing and lifecycle touchpoints, and internal systems that support the provider experience without losing sight of the broader marketplace journey.
