We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to join a leading healthcare services organization supporting pharmacy benefit management operations. What You'll Do * Handle inbound customer calls in a high-volume call center environment * Answer questions regarding prior authorizations, prescription benefits, and general healthcare inquiries * Accurately document customer interactions and update information across multiple systems * Research and resolve customer concerns while maintaining confidentiality * Make occasional follow-up calls to provide updates or additional information * Maintain quality and accuracy standards in a fast-paced environment * Manage approximately 50-100 calls per day depending on call complexity Qualifications * Minimum 1 year of recent high-volume call center experience * Strong customer service and communication skills * Previous healthcare, medical, pharmacy, insurance, or benefits experience highly preferred * Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously * Typing speed of at least 30 WPM * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy * Stable work history with strong tenure Training & Schedule Training * Monday-Friday * 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM EST * 4-week paid training program Work Schedule * Must be available between 5:00 AM - 10:00 PM, 7 days per week * A set schedule will be assigned within those operating hours * Mandatory overtime required during January and February Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, MI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
