As a Middle Market Resident Sales Director and Team Lead, you will report directly to the Chicago Resident Sales Director and will have direct reports in the Chicago office, with a primary focus on developing producers and revenue opportunities across the middle market segment.
Build, develop, and grow a focused middle market sales team that connects Aon's breadth of solutions to the specific needs of local and regional clients. This role combines hands-on producer coaching, focused pipeline management, target market execution, and local market connectivity to help Aon expand relevance and accelerate growth in this segment. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with Sales, Risk and Insurance Management, Business, Finance, or related curriculum preferred. Pay Transparency Laws:The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $225,000 to $275,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. This position is eligible to participate Aon's annual incentive plans in addition to base salary. The amount of any incentives varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
