Description Your Role As a member of the South Central Design Technology team, the Design Technology Lead advances the strategic implementation of tools, processes, and standards with a focus on BIM and digital project delivery. This role provides technical leadership, workflow optimization, project guidance, and team enablement across regional offices and project teams. Reporting to the Regional Design Technology Manager, the Design Technology Lead partners with Design Technology, Technical, and project leadership to improve project quality, strengthen BIM performance, address training needs, and resolve complex delivery challenges. The role helps translate regional priorities into scalable standards, workflows, training, and project guidance that advance consistent BIM-driven digital design practices across the region.
