• Operate, monitor, and adjust packaging machinery to meet production and efficiency goals.
• Monitor multiple machines simultaneously and troubleshoot operational issues as needed.
• Read, interpret, and record machine gauges, measurements, and production data accurately.
• Use production software and computer systems to track performance and document manufacturing processes.
• Conduct routine quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards and customer specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Communicate equipment issues, production concerns, and operational updates with team members and leadership.
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures and assist with other duties as assigned.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to operate and monitor multiple machines simultaneously.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn production software systems.
• Ability to read gauges, monitor equipment performance, and accurately record information.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Desire to learn, grow, and advance within the organization.
• Must have experience working with computers.

• Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment that may be warm at times.
• Ability to lift, bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
• Ability to safely perform job duties while wearing required personal protective equipment.
