Position Overview: The Engineering Intern will gain hands-on experience supporting manufacturing operations and engineering initiatives at H.B. Fuller's Blue Ash, Ohio facility. This role provides exposure to process engineering, capital project planning, technical documentation, and continuous improvement activities within a chemical manufacturing environment. The intern will partner closely with Process Engineers, Production, EHS, Facilities, and Plant Leadership teams to improve process documentation, support productivity projects, and ensure operating procedures remain accurate and aligned with current practices. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical engineering skills, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and contribute to projects that drive operational excellence, safety, and business performance. Minimum Qualifications:
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The salary for this role is $22-$25 per hour.In addition to your salary, H.B.
