Job Description Position Summary The GCO AI Enablement and Analytics Associate Director serves as the business-embedded technical expert responsible for advancing AI-enabled business transformation, advanced analytics, automation, and digital capabilities across Global Clinical Operations (GCO). As a key member of the Digitization Strategy Center of Excellence, this role will help shape and execute GCO's AI enablement and analytics strategy to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability of clinical trial execution. The individual will operate at the intersection of clinical operations, process transformation, analytics, and emerging technologies. This role will provide the technical expertise needed to bridge clinical operations business needs with AI and digital capabilities, ensuring GCO can maximize value from existing and emerging platforms while building long-term organizational capability. The role will work closely with business stakeholders, DTE, vendors, and enterprise partners to evaluate solutions, support adoption, and serve as the business owner for one or more technical solutions. Pay Range: $166,000 - $249,000Disclosure Statement: The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting.
