Work Schedule: Full-Time

Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Tessera is seeking an Aerospace Quality Clerk to join our growing manufacturing team in Auburn, Washington. The Aerospace Quality Clerk is responsible for maintaining qualityrecords,ensuringdata accuracy, and verifying compliance with customerandregulatoryrequirements.

Typical duties include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain controlled quality records and ensure data accuracy.

  • Verify completeness of inspection records and certifications.

  • Maintain quality records in accordance with AS9100 requirements.

  • Support AS9100 audits and ensure compliance to established standards.

  • Perform reviews of documentation prior to the release of shipments.

  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Drill Press Operation

  • Rivet Press Operation

  • Countersink and Nutplates per BAC5004

  • Deburr per BAC5300, section 11.2.2

  • Read / Interpret Drawings

  • All Other Duties as Assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.

  • 1 - 3 years of previous Aerospace or Commercial Manufacturing experience is required.

  • Combination or previous experience and education will be considered.

  • Familiarity with ISO9001:2015/AS9100D is preferred. Familiarity with Quality Management Systems such as AS9100 and or ISO:9001 is preferred.

  • Ability to read blueprints and other visual specification layouts is preferred.

  • Must have strong writtenandverbalcommunicationskills, strong administrative and organizational skills,high attentiontodetail,andstrong timemanagement.

  • Must maintain professional demeanor.

  • Must be proficient withMicrosoftOfficeapplications.

Physical Requirements:

Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance. The physical demands of this position may be reasonably accommodated for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions on a case-by-case basis.

  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

  • May be required to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time based on position duties.

  • Work may require repetitive motion, reaching, lifting, kneeling, and walking. Standing or sitting for several hours at a time, climbing in and out of a vehicle, and up and down stairs may also be required.

  • Must have the perseverance to work effectively under pressure for extended periods of time.

  • A valid state driver's license is preferred with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Tessera's insurance.
