What You'll Do:
- Meet with business stakeholders to understand application change requests, translate requirements into functional specifications, and coordinate reviews through final approval.
- Develop test plans and test cases, execute functional and integrated testing, and verify that application enhancements perform as expected.
- Analyze the impact of application changes across related systems and coordinate implementation and post-implementation activities.
- Monitor project scope, requirements, documentation, and change requests to ensure alignment with business needs, technology standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot and coordinate timely resolution of testing and implementation issues while supporting application owners and mentoring less experienced team members.
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Analytics.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Process definition and implementation in a regulated industry
- Minimum 4 years of experience in guiding teams building, operating, or governing APIs
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Governance mindset

- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent software packages.
- Solid problem-solving skills to assist in issue resolution.
- Experience or subject matter expert in business with knowledge and experience utilizing application/system being supported.
- Successful performance in Technology Internship.
- Capable of working on multiple projects of basic to moderate complexity.
- Proven understanding of applications supported with a knowledge of interfacing/integrated applications.
- Ability to effectively use project management, word processing and spreadsheet applications.
- Good understanding of the Bank's application framework.
- Familiarity with application development software and hardware platforms.
- Proven verbal and written communication skills.

- Proven problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively present to all levels of management.
