Group Sales Associate - Crayola Experience, Orlando, Full-Time

GENERAL SUMMARY:

This position drives group sales revenue through community outreach, relationship building, and strategic sales initiatives while supporting exceptional guest experiences and increasing attendance.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Achieve annual sales goals and objectives.
  • Builds strategic partnerships with local schools, camps, churches, hotels, businesses, and organizations to drive participation in group visit and consignment programs.
  • Meets with prospective clients, attends networking events, delivers sales presentations, and negotiates group sales rates to drive revenue growth.
  • Develops creative ways to target niche markets to promote onsite activities; generating leads for new business.
  • Supports onsite operations for groups and onsite events seeing to their needs, including check-in.
  • Works cross-functionally with Admissions, Attractions, and Food & Beverage teams to provide an exceptional and memorable guest experience.
  • Completes required weekly sales outreach and client engagement activities to support group sales objectives.
  • Leverages sales analytics to provide insights that support informed business decisions.


JOB SPECIFICATIONS:



  • Experience in guest services or hospitality preferred.
  • Experience with outside or group sales preferred.
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including shifts as needed to support business operations.
  • Must have reliable transportation (properly insured and registered vehicle) for travel to potential customer sites
  • Demonstrated ability to adhere to appropriate guest service, admission and programming procedures and policies.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with computers and scheduling software to coordinate, enter, and maintain accurate group reservation records.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills required.
  • Must have a good command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Effective oral and written communications skills coupled with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple functions and multitask.
