Join a global enterprise at the forefront of innovation, where technology and creativity converge to shape the future. This organization is renowned for its transformative impact across various sectors, driven by a commitment to excellence and a forward-thinking approach to data and strategic initiatives. Aquent is partnering with this influential leader to find exceptional talent.

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving product roadmaps and enabling organizational efficiency? We are seeking a dynamic individual to step into a pivotal role, acting as a force-multiplier for leadership while owning critical product initiatives. In this role, you will not only shape the strategic direction of essential internal platforms but also ensure seamless communication and execution across the organization, making a tangible impact on how key decisions are made and implemented.

What You'll Do

As a key contributor, you will extend the reach of the leader accountable for Strategy & Governance for the data organization, coordinating leadership updates, presentations, and cross-functional communication. You will also directly own the roadmaps for two organization-critical products currently under active strategic overhaul: the work-intake, prioritization, and funding platform, and the self-service data platform. Your impact will be felt through:

  • Owning the cadence of leadership updates, briefings, and presentations, ensuring priorities and decisions are communicated clearly and consistently across the organization.
  • Preparing materials and talking points ahead of key meetings - leadership reviews, executive updates, cross-functional syncs - anticipating questions and gaps before they surface.
  • Tracking follow-through on decisions and commitments, ensuring nothing drops.
  • Acting as a trusted proxy in meetings, representing priorities and exercising judgment consistent with intent.
  • Triaging what needs direct attention versus what can be resolved or delegated.
  • Surfacing organizational friction, risk, or misalignment early, before it becomes a leadership-level problem.
  • Owning the end-to-end roadmap for both the work-intake/prioritization/funding platform and the self-service data platform, acting as the single accountable decision-maker when the two need to move together.
  • Taking over in-flight strategic overhauls of both products, making the calls needed to get stalled redesign work moving again.
  • Defining and defending a consistent prioritization framework so decisions rest on stated criteria.
  • Building and maintaining the source of truth on investment and delivery across both platforms that leadership relies on.
  • Partnering with engineering leads and platform stakeholders to align on scope, sequencing, and trade-offs.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who can seamlessly navigate between strategic oversight and hands-on product ownership, bringing clarity and drive to complex initiatives.

  • Experience operating in a strategic operations, executive business partner, or similar role supporting a senior leader - including running meeting cadence, preparing briefings, and following through on commitments.
  • 7+ years of product management experience, including ownership of internal or platform tools serving technical/analyst audiences.
  • A track record of taking over an ambiguous or stalled initiative and driving it to a shipped, adopted outcome.
  • Judgment and discretion to represent a leader's priorities accurately without a fully defined mandate.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, able to translate technical or product detail into a clear narrative for leadership.
  • Comfort context-switching between hands-on product ownership and higher-level organizational coordination.
  • Experience spanning both a program/portfolio management capacity and a product management capacity.
