We're seeking a dynamic Visual Merchandising Designer to join a globally recognized creative team. What You'll Do



  • Lead the full design execution of all visual merchandising requests, expertly managing projects through every phase.
  • Drive special projects and large-scale campaigns, bringing innovative concepts to fruition.
  • Present compelling concepts and provide clear status updates on current projects in various meetings.
  • Develop and oversee the creation of comprehensive merchandising guidelines, ensuring consistency and brand integrity.
  • Generate innovative concepts and high-quality renders for in-store fixtures and displays.
  • Collaborate closely with Art Directors to fulfill graphic design needs for visual merchandising units.
  • Actively participate in briefing sessions, concept kickoffs, and development sessions to discuss objectives and foster innovation in launches.
  • Demonstrate a keen understanding of materials, cost implications, and time requirements for all projects.
  • Stay abreast of current trends in visual arts and merchandising, continuously bringing fresh perspectives to the team.


Required Qualifications



  • 5+ years of experience, preferably in the consumer goods or fashion industry, within visual merchandising, industrial design, store planning, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in salon retail or specialty multi-channel retail environments.
  • A can-do attitude and adaptable spirit, thriving amidst evolving needs and requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ability to translate brand storytelling into highly disruptive and engaging Visual Merchandising within a competitive retail landscape.
  • Proficiency in both hands-on design and directing 2D and 3D projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present creative concepts while effectively managing timelines and due dates.
  • A self-starter who proactively actions on projects without prompting.
  • Exceptional taste and a refined design aesthetic.
  • Demonstrated learning agility and a strong ability to creatively problem-solve in a dynamic environment, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Adept at building collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Experience in SketchUp and 3D CAD/Modelling and rendering on MAC platforms.
