Global Brand Creative Operations Manager

This is an initial 6 month contract, full-time, remote with option to come into office contract role located in Los Angeles, CA.
Summary

This role leads the operational planning and delivery of digital brand experiences across e-commerce and app channels. The Global Brand Creative Operations Manager will partner with creative, brand, marketing, production, digital, and agency teams to deliver seasonal campaigns and evergreen initiatives on time, on budget, and to a high standard of quality.


Job Description

In this role, you will lead complex cross-functional programs through the creative and operational lifecycle, from intake and briefing through final delivery and execution.

You'll partner with Creative, Production, Brand Management, Digital, Marketing, Operations, leadership, and external agencies to deliver high-quality seasonal campaigns and evergreen digital initiatives. This includes developing integrated project plans; managing timelines, milestones, dependencies, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications; and facilitating alignment and decision-making across workstreams.

You will also develop and improve processes, governance, tools, and ways of working that increase visibility, consistency, efficiency, and operational excellence. Responsibilities include:




  • Leading operational optimization initiatives for the channel creative function



  • Creating and implementing workflows, methodologies, standardized trackers, SOPs, and tools



  • Managing creative projects from brief development through creative execution, production, and final delivery



  • Facilitating resource planning, prioritization, workload management, capacity tracking, and portfolio reporting



  • Identifying project gaps, dependencies, and risks early and developing mitigation plans



  • Ensuring clear briefs, aligned requirements, efficient review cycles, and smooth handoffs between teams



Supporting the team's delivery of cohesive, high-quality brand storytelling across digital commercial channels


Our Ideal Candidate


  • 8-10 years of experience in creative operations, project management, brand operations, marketing operations, digital creative, or a related discipline



  • Passion for brand storytelling, digital experiences, and operational excellence



  • Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Excel, Smartsheet, and project/resource-management tools, with strong program management and process-improvement skills



  • Familiar with process mapping, RASCIs, standardized tracking, SOP development, resource planning, capacity tracking, and portfolio reporting



  • Skilled in collaborating with creative, production, brand management, digital, marketing, operations, leadership, and external agency partners



  • Able to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects, priorities, dependencies, budgets, and timelines



  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholders



  • Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail



  • A self-starter and critical thinker with a positive, solutions-oriented approach, strong ownership, and accountability



  • Experience in retail, apparel, e-commerce, consumer brands, creative agencies, or production environments is preferred



Education and Experience


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, project management, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience



  • Background in creative operations, brand operations, marketing operations, digital production, project management, or related disciplines



  • Demonstrated experience managing projects across both creative development and operational execution



  • Experience managing budgets, resources, timelines, stakeholder relationships, and project risks



  • Experience supporting consumer, retail, e-commerce, apparel, agency, or production organizations is preferred



The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $68- $71per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
