About You


You are a person who is passionate about overseeing overall user security and troubleshooting access problems. We need someone who is highly organized with an analytical mindset and problem-solving skills. In the role of ClaimsXM Security Administrator I, you will be responsible for providing security solutions and provisioning and configuring user security within systems for new hires and terminations.

About The Position



  • Bachelor's or associate's degree and three years working in a technical security position preferred.
  • If no degree, a minimum of five years working in a technical security position is required.
  • Knowledgeable of MS Active Directory administration.
  • MS SQL Server Permissions and access level knowledge are a plus.
  • Knowledge of Cognizant/TriZetto Facets security structure.
  • Highly organized and responsible.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment with minimal supervision.
  • Analytical mindset and proven problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter who can multi-task.
  • Demonstrated ability to be highly productive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong understanding and knowledge of computers, network, and security systems.



Minimum Requirements:

  • Knowledgeable of MS Active Directory administration.

Preferred Requirements:



  • Familiar with FedRamp policies a plus.
  • Familiar with ATO policies a plus
  • Knowledgeable with HIPAA guidelines.
  • Working Knowledge of Facets (CXM) User, Group and Routing-Group Security is a plus.

Security Requirements

  • All work on all positions at Signature Performance must be completed in the continental United States, Alaska, or Hawaii.
