PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION

Provide operational, process and organizational management to direct manager and team. Drive day to day business in the respective unit, provide ad hoc support on operational topics and work on business unit specific projects. Support of ensuring a smooth communication flow between your unit and other Business Units & Functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Projects



  • Support on steering projects and ensure deadlines and targets are successfully achieved. Work closely with direct manager, team and departments involved making sure the scope and direction of each project is on schedule.
  • Manage the execution and completion of the defined project plan by effectively coordinating people and resources.
  • Manage and coordinate projects briefs and assignments as requested/directed by superior.


Presentations



  • Create compelling presentations
  • Ensure consistency, flow and high quality of presentations


Head Office



  • Support an efficient head office


    • gather and provide information to key stakeholders in a user friendly and presentable format
    • organize meetings, take and distribute notes of meetings and follow up on action steps in a timely manner
    • ensure alignment and a smooth information flow amongst Senior Managers in your unit


  • Assist your direct manager in all administrative tasks and duties (i.e. calendar management, meeting organization)
  • Represent the BU internally to stakeholders (e.g. Internal Communications & Events)
  • Optimize departmental efficiency
  • Independently manage action tracking and updates within company systems that fuel reporting upwards and downwards

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS



  • Business related degree from an accredited college or university


  • 2 years relevant business experience in project management or administration
