Role: Recruiting Coordinator

Duration: 6 months possibility of extension

Schedule: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (flexibility available)

Overview: Join the Talent Acquisition Team as a Recruiting Coordinator, providing comprehensive recruiting support for both hourly non-exempt and salary exempt positions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build strong working relationships with managers across the organization while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate the organization's culture and philosophy as the first point of contact for potential candidates
  • Work closely with recruiters to conduct resume reviews based on job description requirements and manager preferences
  • Coordinate and schedule telephone and onsite interviews
  • Communicate effectively with interview teams and managers to ensure a positive, organized, and welcoming candidate experience
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for candidates visiting the East Aurora facility and other U.S. locations
  • Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring background checks and toxicology tests are completed and documented
  • Learn and comply with FAA requirements, assisting candidates in obtaining necessary training and drug screens
  • Effectively prioritize workload and manage changes in direction
  • Use interpersonal skills to build relationships with managers and HR staff, representing the organization positively
  • Daily work in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Workday, and various platforms to support role functions


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or HR
  • At least 1 year of related experience, coordinating interviews or meetings preferred
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills to build relationships with managers and HR staff
  • Proven ability to work independently, making proactive and autonomous decisions
  • Enjoy working in a high-volume, detailed, and structured environment
  • Ability to multitask
  • Experience with Workday or similar Applicant Tracking System


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in Microsoft Outlook, including calendar scheduling, is highly preferred
  • Flexibility to adapt to last-minute changes in interview schedules
  • Availability between 8:00 AM 5:00 PM EST, accommodating recruiters on both coasts
