Looking for an opportunity to make an impact at a major global fashion and lifestyle brand during one of its most exciting and highly visible seasons?

We are seeking a Brand Strategist for a dynamic 2-month contract opportunity supporting high-profile seasonal marketing initiatives, category storytelling, and major brand moments. This is an opportunity to jump into a fast-moving marketing organization, work alongside experienced brand, creative, merchandising, and digital teams, and see your work come to life across multiple customer touchpoints.

You'll support the Bra Category Brand Strategy team during a particularly active period, helping turn strategy into execution across digital, social, email, paid media, app, and stores.

This opportunity is especially well suited for an emerging marketer who wants to gain meaningful fashion and retail brand experience, build exposure to large-scale integrated marketing, and contribute to highly visible work in a short period of time.

What You'll Do

Bring Brand & Category Strategy to Life

  • Support marketing strategies and storytelling designed to drive growth within a key fashion category.
  • Partner with merchandising, planning, creative, digital, and marketing teams to bring seasonal strategies to life.
  • Monitor fashion, consumer, competitive, and cultural trends to identify opportunities for relevant brand storytelling.
  • Help translate broader brand strategies into clear marketing actions and deliverables.

Support High-Visibility Brand Moments

  • Help execute marketing surrounding major seasonal and cultural moments for the brand.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners on fast-moving, high-priority marketing initiatives.
  • Support coordination across creative, social, influencer, digital, and store marketing teams.
  • Help ensure marketing remains cohesive as initiatives move from strategy and briefing into execution.

Drive Go-To-Market Execution

  • Support integrated marketing across website, app, social media, email, SMS/push, paid media, and stores.
  • Develop, manage, and present marketing briefs to cross-functional teams and the broader marketing organization.
  • Review creative and help ensure work aligns with the intended brand and category strategy.
  • Maintain seasonal marketing frameworks, planning materials, and key project documents.
  • Support promotional storytelling and consistency across digital and physical customer experiences.

Help Optimize Marketing In-Season

  • Support day-to-day management of active marketing initiatives.
  • Help teams quickly respond to changing business priorities, emerging trends, and new product opportunities.
  • Assist with test-and-learn initiatives, trend-driven product drops, and other in-season opportunities.
  • Contribute to performance recaps and hindsight analysis and help turn learnings into actionable recommendations.
  • Clearly communicate changes and help keep cross-functional teams aligned when priorities shift.

Jump Into Special Projects

Because this contract falls during an especially active time for the brand, you'll also have opportunities to support special projects and highly visible brand initiatives beyond day-to-day category marketing.

You'll help coordinate execution, maintain important marketing resources, support store marketing needs, and step into priority projects where additional marketing support can make an immediate impact.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 2-3 years of relevant marketing, brand, retail, or project coordination experience preferred.
  • Recent graduates with strong marketing or brand internship experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Fashion, apparel, beauty, lifestyle, or retail experience is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong presentation skills and confidence presenting marketing briefs to larger groups.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, merchandising, and digital partners.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to work effectively when priorities or direction evolve.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Curious, proactive mindset with the ability to ask thoughtful and strategic questions.

You'll Thrive Here If You Are...

Adaptable. Priorities can move quickly, and you're comfortable adjusting course while keeping projects on track.

Confident. You're comfortable speaking up, sharing ideas, asking smart questions, and presenting in front of a room.

Collaborative. You enjoy working with different teams and personalities to get great work across the finish line.

Organized. You can have several projects moving at once without losing sight of deadlines or details.

Energized by fashion and culture. You pay attention to what's happening across fashion, social media, consumer behavior, and culture and understand how those moments can influence marketing.

Why This Contract Is Unique

This isn't a traditional long-term marketing assignment. It's a concentrated opportunity to gain significant experience in just two months.

You'll join the team during a high-energy and highly visible period for the brand, giving you exposure to major seasonal marketing, cross-channel campaigns, special brand initiatives, and collaboration across a large marketing organization.

For someone building their career in brand strategy, fashion marketing, integrated marketing, or retail, it's an opportunity to add meaningful experience to your portfolio while contributing to work that reaches a large consumer audience.
