Join us as a Sales Account Manager - Service Your main responsibilities
As an Existing Installation (EI) Sales Account Manager at Schindler, you will cultivate relationships withcustomer to drive sales for elevator and escalator services, including maintenance, repairs, and Essential Function Customer Account Management: Build and manage favorable client relationships within a designated sales territory to secure and renew service Communication: Communicate effectively with both customers and internalstakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and achievement of salesobjectives. Collaboration: Partner daily with the Field Superintendent and technicians to drive lead generation and ensure an excellent total customerexperience from initiation through delivery. Sales & Opportunity Identification: Identify and pursue sales opportunities through key customer contacts and industry information. Qualify customer needs to secure profitable solutions leveraging company products and services. Introduce new technology and associated services to customers, clearly illustrate the value that these products and services offer customers. Negotiation & Strategy: Negotiate contract terms favorable to the companywhile also delivering on customer requirements. Develop and implementsales strategies that align with internal product strategies and competitivemarket conditions with minimal supervision. What you bring
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or minimum of 3 years of industry sales experience.

Revisions to the range may be considered based on your experience, education, location, demonstrated skills, and alignment with business priorities.
