Summary: Goldschmitt & Associates is seeking an Executive Program Manager to lead the Federal Student Aid Foundational Services Support program and serve as the senior, embedded leader for FSA's transition from project-centered technology delivery to a product-centered operating model. This role combines overall program leadership with executive-level product transformation, stakeholder alignment, and organizational change. The Executive Program Manager will be accountable for integrated program performance while working directly with FSA leaders, product owners, system owners, contractors, and other stakeholders to establish the governance, decision-making, operating rhythms, and product-management practices necessary to sustain FSA's modernization. The Executive Program Manager must understand how large federal organizations operate and be able to translate product-management concepts into practical changes that work within a complex environment of contracts, policies, technology platforms, mission priorities, and multiple major systems integrators.
