Pay starting at $18 / hr - can go up based on experience Position Summary As a Commercial Roofer, you will work outdoors as part of a professional roofing crew installing, repairing, and maintaining commercial roofing systems. The work involves climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, lifting, and using a variety of roofing tools and equipment. Employees are trained on the job, with opportunities to develop your skills and advance as you master the fundamentals of commercial roofing. Responsibilities Install and repair commercial roofing systems, including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope roofing systems such as tile and shingles. Work effectively as part of a roofing crew and contribute to a team-oriented environment. Follow manufacturer's specifications and company procedures. Maintain a strong focus on job-site safety and quality workmanship. Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. Perform physically demanding tasks including repeated bending, kneeling, climbing, and lifting. Safely climb ladders and work at heights on commercial roofs. Commercial Roofer Requirements 2+ years of commercial roofing experience preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older. Valid driver's license. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen. Authorized to work in the United States. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform repeated bending, climbing, and kneeling. Comfortable climbing ladders up to 60 feet and working at heights. Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions. Strong work ethic and ability to work well with a team.
