  • Train employees on the effective use of jobsite technology and collaboration tools.
  • Maintain organized inventories of equipment, tools, and supplies required for field deployments.

  • Perform other technology-related duties as assigned.
Project and Job-Site Support

  • Develop and maintain jobsite technology plans and deployment checklists covering connectivity, cameras, office equipment, conference capabilities, and related infrastructure.
  • Coordinate technology installation and removal schedules to align with project startup and demobilization activities.
  • Conduct periodic site visits to verify equipment functionality, placement, security, and overall performance.
  • Identify and communicate technology-related risks, issues, or opportunities that may impact project operations, schedule, cost, or user experience.
Qualifications
  • Three or more years of experience in audiovisual, low-voltage, field technology, electronic security, structured cabling, desktop support, or a closely related technical role. Experience supporting technology in commercial construction, temporary jobsite offices, or multi-location environments preferred.
  • CompTIA A+ certification or demonstrated equivalent technical knowledge and experience.

  • Ability to diagnose technical issues systematically using documentation, testing tools, vendor support, and sound troubleshooting practices.
  • Ability to read and follow diagrams, installation instructions, equipment specifications, and basic floor or site plans.
