Position Title: Production
Wage: $17.65/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 6:30am - 5:00pm (Monday - Thursday, Some Fridays) Reached a dead end at your current job? Check out how this position can create a new path! QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available in Production at a company in Grinnell, IA. This is a potential to hire position for 1st shift. Apply today! Production Responsibilities: - Assist with food production and packaging processes - Operate equipment and machinery as trained - Prepare, package, move, and organize food products and materials - Perform sanitation and cleaning duties as needed - Follow food safety, GMP, and company procedures - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Complete required production and safety documentation - Adapt to different tasks and departments as needed Requirements for Production: - Reliable attendance and strong work ethic - Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work well with a team - Previous manufacturing or food production experience preferred but not required - Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required - Ability to stand and remain active throughout the shift - Ability to perform repetitive tasks - Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and lift as required - Ability to work in varying temperatures, including hot and cold environments - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed IND097 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
