Position Title: Packaging Wage: $18.75 - $19.50/hour Shift: 2nd or 3rd Hours: 3:00pm - 11:00pm or 11:00pm - 7:00am Join our fast-paced food production team in Green Bay, WI! As a Packaging Associate, you will rotate through various workstations and assist with the preparation, packaging, and quality control of pizza products. This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a manufacturing environment while following food safety standards. Packaging Responsibilities: - Open and prepare raw materials for production - Place pizza crusts onto conveyor belts - Feed pizza products into production equipment and hoppers - Scan products and accurately record production information - Label and package finished products - Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met - Weigh ingredients and materials as needed - Assist with dishwashing and sanitation duties - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area - Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals Requirements for Packaging: - Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift - Ability to regularly walk within the production facility - Ability to bend, squat, reach, and lift as required - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance - Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality - Ability to read and follow production schedules and work instructions - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Strong teamwork and communication skills - Previous manufacturing or food production experience is preferred but not required - Reliable attendance and punctuality IND041 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
