This role combines talent acquisition expertise, workforce planning insight, market intelligence, and consultative partnership to attract and hire top talent while ensuring an outstanding candidate and hiring leader experience. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner excels beyond transactional recruiting by proactively influencing talent decisions, shaping hiring strategies, and identifying opportunities to improve business outcomes through talent. This role demonstrates advanced competency in Talent Delivery Excellence, Talent Advisory & Influence, Market & Pipeline Strategy, and Business & Data Acumen. Job Overview Responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment activities for professional, technical, and business-critical positions while acting as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders. Partners closely with HRBPs, Compensation, Talent Management, and business stakeholders to align talent strategies with workforce plans and organizational priorities. Location: Remote - USActual compensation may vary depending on job-related factors including knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
