Education Requirements



  • Associate degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and relevant administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and standard business software.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records, reports, and financial documentation.


Experience Requirements



  • Previous administrative, office management, program coordination, or nonprofit support experience preferred.
  • Experience managing databases, files, registrations, financial records, and organizational correspondence.
  • Experience processing invoices, payments, donations, and materials requests with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Experience supporting meetings, conferences, events, and stakeholder communications.

  • Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

  • Ability to perform general office tasks in a professional environment.


Job Duties



  • Provide administrative support for multiple education, leadership development, and community engagement programs.
  • Maintain program records, files, databases, contact lists, and organizational documentation.
  • Process donations, payments, invoices, registrations, and related financial records accurately and confidentially.
  • Assist with conference, meeting, and event registrations and coordination activities.
  • Prepare reports, track program results, and maintain records for organizational reporting requirements.
  • Manage program correspondence, participant communications, and stakeholder inquiries.
  • Support the collection, organization, and maintenance of program data and reports.
  • Maintain files, records, and asset management systems to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Assist staff with special projects, program initiatives, and department objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, community partners, program participants, and stakeholders.
  • Support the organization's mission by providing high-quality administrative and operational assistance.
  • Perform additional duties and special assignments as needed.
