As the
Night/Weekend On-Site Supervisor for the Duke Faculty Club, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming environment for members and guests while helping ensure smooth daily operations. Your commitment to exceptional service, attention to detail, and ability to work independently will contribute to a positive and engaging club experience for our members.
You will join a team dedicated to delivering outstanding service and maintaining the high standards that make the Duke Faculty Club a valued destination for recreation, connection, and community.
Minimum Qualifications Education Work requires a knowledge of basic grammar and mathematical principles to perform routine clerical/office support duties normally acquired through a high school education. Experience None required above minimum education/training requirement. OR AN EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF RELEVANT EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE Be Bold. As the Night/Weekend On-Site Supervisor, you will help oversee evening and weekend operations while supporting members, maintaining club facilities, and ensuring policies and procedures are followed. Your initiative, professionalism, and customer-focused approach will help create an exceptional experience for all who visit the Club.

Anticipated Pay Range: Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $20.00 to USD $24.00.
