Job Summary
Estrella Mountain Community College (EMCC) is hiring a Radiologic Technology Faculty Specially Funded/OYO (One-Year-Only) member. This position will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, student-centered classroom and clinical workforce instruction. This position will serve as a Clinical Coordinator and may assume Program Director responsibilities as needed to support program operations and continuity. This position will use traditional, nontraditional, and innovative teaching methods across in-person, online, hybrid, and clinical settings while demonstrating strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills and a commitment to student success. The position may include varying days, evenings, and weekends. New faculty will receive mentorship opportunities within the department and at the college level. Essential Functions
Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree in the teaching field OR Master's in any teaching field with 24 upper division and/or graduate semester hours in the teaching field OR Master's in any teaching field with 18 graduate semester hours in the teaching field OR Bachelor's degree plus 3 (three) years work experience in the field to be taught, or an associate's degree of 64 semester hours and 5 years work experience in the field to be taught OR 5 (five) years work experience in the field to be taught Desired Qualifications
