ABOUT THE JOB:

The Project Manager - Clearspan Structures will execute, monitor/control, and close the back-end construction phases of our Clearspan projects. Interact with customers, customer's representatives, local ocials, vendors, and other project stakeholders to ensure a high success rate and protability. Execute on developed scopes of work, monitor and control project progress and results, maintain safe working conditions, manage costs and resources, and ensure quality products are presented to the end user. Participate in closing projects by receiving approvals/feedback from the customer, transitioning products to customer and Operations, provide on-going support, and assisting with the administrative nancial close.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Project Support



  • Manage Clearspan events from scope confirmation through installation, teardown, and closeout.
  • Build and manage event schedules, including site walks, venue access, delivery windows, crew readiness, installation milestones, and removal timelines.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, vendors, installers, venues, and customers to confirm scope, site requirements, equipment availability, labor needs, and expectations.
  • Track budgets, vendor quotes, change requests, billing inputs, schedules, documentation, safety requirements, and open items.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during event execution, resolving issues quickly to protect the timeline and customer experience.
  • Communicate project status, risks, schedule changes, and next steps to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Support project closeout, including customer hand-off, post-event teardown/removal, final documentation, approvals, and financial close.



Customer Service



  • Set clear expectations with customers, event owners, and venue contacts on scope, timing, site readiness, installation needs, and post-event support.
  • Provide timely updates before, during, and after installation to support a smooth event experience.
  • Act as the link between customers, Sales, Operations, vendors, and installers to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
  • Capture feedback and lessons learned to improve future Clearspan event installations.



Sales Support



  • Support Sales during discovery and proposal development by validating event scope, site requirements, schedule constraints, product availability, and estimated costs.
  • Translate customer needs into clear handoffs for Operations, installers, vendors, and billing teams.
  • Share project feedback, market trends, site challenges, and improvement opportunities with Sales and leadership.



Other Duties as Assigned



  • Support additional Clearspan event planning, customer support, and sales enablement activities as needed.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Education and Experience:



  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of project management, event operations, field operations, logistics, or related experience.



Required Skills and Abilities:



  • Strong project coordination, scheduling, cost tracking, documentation, and customer communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate across customers, Sales, Operations, vendors, installers, and venue stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and project management, scheduling, CRM, or operational systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to resolve issues quickly.
  • Extensive regional travel required; overnight travel varies by territory and project needs.
  • Unwavering commitment to safety and integrity.



Preferred Education and Experience:



  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in Event Management, Project Management, Operations, Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.


Preferred Skills and Abilities:



  • Experience with fabric structures, temporary structures, tenting, modular solutions, event infrastructure, or related installation environments.
  • Experience coordinating event installations, venue access, crews, vendors, logistics, and site readiness.
  • Ability to review site layouts, event requirements, installation plans, access constraints, and physical site conditions.
